  • Each appraisal displays current stage, employee name, department, due date, and days spent in current stage for at-a-glance awareness of progress.
  • Colour-coded status indicators highlight appraisals that are behind schedule, pending action from specific reviewers, or have been rejected for revision.
  • Click any appraisal to view full details including all completed reviews, pending tasks, and the complete approval history with timestamps.
