The Minutes recorder gives users the ability to schedule meetings and alert all attendees, capture minutes during meeting and/or convert schedules into minutes. This is very necessary in situations where face to face meetings is still held and minutes needs to be taken. There is the option to also create difference kinds of templates for users.
